Are you absolutely positive you have the servos and gyro plugged into the correct positions on the receiver?
Try unplugging all the servos except the rudder, and see if the problem goes away on the bench.
Switch to a 4.8 volt Rx battery. If nothing else, at least you will eliminate this as a possibility.
Good luck, I hope you find the problem. Let us know when you do.

: Hey guys, I have posted on this problem that I have had in the past. "Suicidal gyro problem". below. I gave up on my gyro (JR-G400) thinking it was to blame. I bought a hobbico micro peizo, It did the same thing, only worse. So it is not the gyro, it is something else. The new gyro freaks out when the engine is accelerating. Then I found out that when on the bench engine off, that if the the gyro is in my Nexus, that the t/r servo deflects slowly about 10 deg. when I put my body near my transmitter! (Futaba super7) And it jumps when I touch anything metal on my Tx! When I step away from the Tx, the servo returns to its orignal position. But! It does not do this if the gyro is free of the structure of the heli (plugged in). I test hopped it with NO GYRO (scary) and the t/r servo behaved fine. My radio is prone to interference on the t/r channel when the gyro is used. I sent my radio and rx to Futaba, they tuned and aligned it. It still does the same thing. I have replaced the t/r servo, Rx, and gyro. Still same thing. Also my Rx batt is 6v. Is this a problem? I wouldn't think it to be. Anyone know anything about this problem? Peizo gyro and RF interference? Help!
