Jet Video

In July 2001 there was a scale jet engine day on my club. I made a video of it!

The first four and a half minutes in extremely compressed format (4.5 minutes, 180x144, 12fps, 3.2 Mb), so that you can judge whether the full version is worth the efford (of course it is, but if you have a modem you will have to think twice before downloading 56Mb!). Sorry that the plane becomes invisible at times, due to the high compression.

Here is the full version (14.5 minutes, 360x288 pixels, 25fps, 55.6Mb). Of course this does still not reach the quality of the original (720x576 digital video, 3 Gb) but I can not put that online. This plays good on my 333MHz G3, even at double size with quicktime 4.0.1 and with quicktime 5.0.1. Quicktime 4.1 is slower and can't play this at 25Hz double size on my machine.
