Call for submissions

Call for submissions

This is a full-day workshop. Researchers interested in participating are asked to submit a (position) paper of approximately 4 but not more than 10 pages (Springer llncs format) related to the theme of the workshop by the 19th of July, 2017. Please clearly indicate in the paper why it is relevant to the theme of the workshop.

Author guidelines are available here.

A Latex paper template is available here.

Word paper templates are available for Word 2003 and Word 2007.

We intend to structure the workshop in such a way that participants with accepted contributions first present their research. We then split the audience into smaller groups to brainstorm on a question/matter of concern to the presenter. You can thus see this as a chance to get valuable input, but also, for example, to have participants examine your questionnaire, review your system, or reflect on your research vision. Note that it is for this reason that we also welcome research at early stages.

Submissions will be reviewed by the program committee of the workshop for relevance and contribution value. A double blind reviewing process will be followed, so please ensure that identities are concealed in the submission file.

Please submit your position paper by the 19th of July, 2017 to

Authors will be notified on 26th of July, 2017.

We require that at least one author of the position paper registers for the workshop. Accepted submissions will be published on the website after the workshop upon request from the authors.
